Thank you for looking at my Well Bump Online Program and congratulations on your pregnancy!

This online program has been specially put together by me to guide you through all the exercises that are safe to do durning pregnancy.
​
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
I advise always checking with your doctor first before embarking on any exercise during pregnancy.
​
You can work through the program at your own pace but I strongly recommend starting with the introduction and the Alignment, Breath and Core video's to give you the basics for the rest of the videos.
​
The program is split into the following sections:

Squats, Side-squats and Press ups

Seated exercises on the ball

Seated exercises on the ball with the band

Matwork exercises

Warm down stretches

Please note:
You will need a ball and a band to do some of the exercises. These items can also be purchased in the shop.
