Join me for my running workshop to prepare you for the running season ahead! Perhaps you are training hard for an event, are a beginner or just want to focus on improving your running. This workshop will help you aligne, breathe, stretch, release and strengthen the body.
We will look at alignment, breath work and releasing tension and tight areas such as shoulders and hips. We will use the bands, Magic Green Balls and foam rollers to help us.
Sara Rounce has been running for over 20 years and finally ran her first marathon last year! She also has 17 years Pilates teaching experience and is keen to share her knowledge & experience.
9.15am - arrival
9.30-10.15 - STANDING - BREATH, BALANCE, LENGTHEN, STRETCH
10.30-11.30 - MATWORK - STRENGTH, ROLL AND RELEASE
(using the Magic Green Ball and the Foam Roller).
