2) Intermediate - I will assess where you are and help you get stronger and more mobile - for those with a bit of pilates or fitness background and experience.
3) Advanced - Pushing you harder to meet your fitness goals in a safe effective way - for those who already have experience in Pilates and other forms of exercise who have a specific target.
The packages involve 6 weeks of tailor-made videos and personal online sessions and direct emails with me.
