These weekly Pilates classes held in various locations in Haslemere, Hindhead and Elstead for all round and general Pilates instruction.

All larger classes are for 1 hour - £11 PAYG or block booking half-termly (£9 per session)

6 week class pass works out at £9 per class when booked in one go.

    • General Classes: for Beginner, Intermediate & Beyond - these classes are in larger groups (max. 14 people) and are taught in larger halls in the local area. Please contact Sara in the first instance if you are unsure about your ability or availability. These classes are paid for in blocks of 6 weeks and follow the term dates. Classes can be swapped if you are unable to attend all 6 in each block.           

    • Pilates in Pregnancy: Stay energized mobile and strong through all 3 trimesters!! Learn how to use the big ball for some great exercises as well as how your body changes as you prepare for birth. Classes take place in The Studio in Beacon Hill.

    • Postnatal Pilates: What exercises should you be doing & when after birth? Come along to a postnatal session at The Studio in Beacon HIll and meet other mums and try some effective exercises to help your body recover from birth and pregnancy regardless of when you had your baby (you must have had your 8 week check first) Diastasis Recti, prolapses and other issues are addressed. Babies welcome!

    • Pelvic Floor and Health Dysfunction: Regain control of those hidden muscles! Come along to a Studio Class (also covered in bigger General Classes) & try the exercises specifically for this area for the body. Learn how to find and use the muscles correctly. Prolapse issues also addressed.

    • Fixing Diastasis Recti: Also known as Tummy Separation or the Mummy Tummy, this condition can be caused by a number of different reasons such as constipation, lots of coughing or pregnancy. Come for 1-1's or small group clinics & follow a whole body approach to help heal this condition.

    • Pilates for Menopause: A time of a woman's life where it is important to listen to the body and know what exercises are going to help through this period of change. Feel comfortable with your body and know how to move to help stay mobile and strong during this time and beyond.

The Wellwoman Fitness Foundation offers Pilates-based exercise across the Haslemere and Hindhead, Surrey area.
