Join me for a wonderful hour of exercises and stretches on the Foam Roller. You will relax, stretch, move, challenge your balance and have fun!
The class will be run on Zoom and once you have booked your place you will be sent a link before the class. Please book at least 90 minutes before the start of the class.
Please make sure you have a long Foam Roller, mat and wear comfortable stretchy clothing.
