Would you like a 1-1 session online or in my studio? Then get in touch! These sessions can be done through Zoom or Facetime or live in the studio. Following this session you will also get a video of the exercises we have covered so you can practise these in your own time.
The packages on offer are:
1) Beginners - get to grips with the basics as I guide you through them to get you back on track - helping you feeling better about yourself and your fitness.
2) Intermediate - I will assess where you are and help you get stronger and more mobile - for those with a bit of pilates or fitness background and experience.
3) Advanced - Pushing you harder to meet your fitness goals in a safe effective way - for those who already have experience in Pilates and other forms of exercise who have a specific target.
