"Forty years of age and pregnant I contacted Sara to help me prepare for the birth with some breathing exercises and never looked back. Sara helped me get back in shape. She came to my house every week so no excuses not to go! I also didn't have to worry about baby sitters. On a one to one basis you can go at your own pace with a watchful eye to make sure you do everything right. Sara is always encouraging and the sessions flies by without you noticing - but boy do you have a workout. I would highly recommend a session with Sara."
