PILATES & PREGNANCY
Would you like to find out what exercises are safe and what to watch out for as your pregnancy develops? Pilates exercises are the best answer to staying fit, active, mobile and healthy throughout pregnancy and giving you a head start with postnatal recovery. You can start these exercises at any stage of your pregnancy and it's a great way for you to focus on yourself and have time to unwind.
Exercising during Pregnancy
Are you expecting a baby? Congratulations! Do you want to know more about exercising during your pregnancy?
Please contact me to find out if there are any specific pregnancy classes running, alternatively you can join a beginners class or have a special one-off session where you are shown some great exercises to do during pregnancy. You also get to keep a ball and have access to my online Well Bump Pregnancy workout so you can continue with the exercises in your own time.
If you prefer regular 1-2-1 sessions then these are available too.
Sara is passionate about helping women and has had over 13 years experience teaching antenatal ladies and applies her wealth of knowledge to the exercises ensuring they are tailored to suit everyone's needs during the different stages of pregnancy.
Sara is fully qualified pre & postnatal specialist and stays fully up to date with her training provided by the very experienced Carolyne Anthony (Founder of the Center of Womens Fitness in America).
One-off session - £70 for approximately 1.5 hours (including a goody bag worth £30 - exercise ball, band and online program)
Regular 1:1's - £55 per 45 minutes or £275 for 6 sessions for the price of 5 if booked up front.
