Postnatal Pilates-based Classes for Mother and Baby are coming to The Haslemere Hub!
Starting from Monday 4th November at 1pm-2pm.
Sara Rounce, Womens Fitness Specialist, will be offering a 7 week course leading up to Christmas.

Learn how to - - find and connect your core, - improve body strength & mobility - have better posture.
We will also apply these to how you will move with baby throughout the week. This is a perfect way to kickstart your fitness journey.
