Sara Rounce, Womens Fitness Specialist, will be offering a 7 week course leading up to Christmas. 



Postnatal Pilates-based Classes for Mother and Baby are coming to The Haslemere Hub! Starting from Monday 4th November at 1pm-2pm.

Learn how to -  - find and connect your core,  - improve body strength & mobility  - have better posture. 

We will also apply these to how you will move with baby throughout the week.  This is a perfect way to kickstart your fitness journey. 

If you suffer with - - Pelvic Floor Issues,  - Tummy Separation,  - Poor Posture or  - Weak Abdominals  - Back Pain then this is for you!
