My Favourite Green Smoothie Recipe:

WELCOME to my healthy page! I will be adding recipes to this page that are full of great fresh ingredients to give you a boost.
INGREDIENTS:
150g Cucumber, cut into pieces
60g Fresh spinach leaves
3 Sprigs fresh parsley
3 Sprigs fresh mint
1 Lemon, peeled and pips removed
1cm Fresh ginger
1 Orange (approx. 100g), peeled and pips removed
1 Apple (approx. 100g), cut into quarters
50-100g Ice cubes
50-100g Water or coconut water
