Diastasis Recti - Tummy muscle separation

Congratulations on the birth of your baby! Do you think you might have separation of the tummy muscles? Do you feel your abdominals are weak or misshapen when you are in certain positions? Sara has trained with Carolyne Anthony (Center for Women's Fitness based in America) and completed her "Healing Exercises for Diastasis Recti, C-Section and Pubis Symphasis Derangement" and is also qualified in Claire Mockridge's "Diastasis Detective Course".

You may need a 1-2-1 first before joining a class but please enquire about what suits your needs best. Cost: £90 (Bring baby too!)


A 1 hour session costs £45 and exercises will be taiored to suit your needs and we will fix that separation by focussing on breathing techniques, and realignment of the body as well as building core strength and improving mobilty.

A six week program is £225 (Get one session free!)
