Pilates for bad backs and rehabilitation

If you suffer with back problems and need some exercises to help then try a back care class.

There is a specific back care class running on :

Thursdays 10.45-11.45am at The Garden Studio, 11 Fullers Road, Rowlege, Farnham, Surrey GU10 4BP.

However all the classes will provide back pain relief.

If you recently had an operation or are recovering from an injury try Pilates as a gentle and great way to get back into fitness. Sara may recommend exercises on The Reformer or other pieces or Pilates equipment.

How will the exercises help?

Back care exercises will help you regain strength and mobility through gentle movements and strengthen the core to help protect weaker areas.

You may wish to try a 1-2-1 session or attend a beginners Pilates class.


1-2-1 sessions from £45 and classes from £8.50 per class.
