C-section Recovery

Did you have an emergency or planned c-section?

Not sure you are healing or recovering well? Need to know when it is safe to exercise again and what exercises you can do? Sara will assess you and give you all the advice and exercises that you need to help you recover and regain strength.

Sara's Experience:

Sara has had 3 c-sections herself and used her pilates knowledge to help herself with each recovery. Sara has also trained with Carolyne Anthony (The Center for Women's Fitness in America) on the latest methods and exercises to aid the body's recovery after c-section.


If you just need a quick 20 minute consultation email me to arrange either a chat over the phone or a consulation in your own home (depending on your location).


If you have had your postnatal check then you can join either a postnatal class or a beginners Pilates class.

Cost of these Classes: £8.50 per class (when block is paid for up front)


If you prefer the personal touch and would like a 1-2-1 session then I will travel to you so you can be in the comfort of your own home - all equipment provided and no need for a babysitter!

Cost of 1-2-1: £45 for 1 hour.
