Pilates will work on your mobility, flexibility and strength whilst incorporating balance, coordination and breathing using the core muscles. In mat-work classes exercises are done mainly lying or sitting on the floor and sometimes small equipment is used.

Offering 1:1 personal training pilates sessions tailored specifically to your needs.
Sara offers personal training sessions at The Studio in Beacon Hill, Hindhead.
We welcome Men and Women, couples or a shared session with friends.
Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly or just a one-off before joining a class.
Small Studio Classes
Max 4 pupils
These small classes take place at The Studio in Beacon Hill, Hindhead.
It is fitted with state of the art Pilates equipment and is ideal for small groups up to 4 people.
The studio is a quiet calming space, enabling you to walk in and switch off from all those other distractions and focus on just you for a full session.
Max 14 pupils
These classes are for all round and general Pilates instruction. Weekly classes are held in various locations in Haslemere, Hindhead, and Elstead Surrey.
Class sizes are larger than studio classes with up to 10 pupils.
Sara is an excellent pilates instructor. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She treats each person as an individual encouraging them to work at their own pace and level of ability. Her expert eye ensures you are performing the exercises correctly to maximise the challenge and avoid injury. At the end of every class my body feels enlivened, strengthened and perfectly stretched.
