Class Dates - Please email for details of start and end of term dates 

General Classes can be booked in blocks of 6 weeks & paid for in advance of each 1/2 term or you can pay as you go.

Dates & latest news of each half term will be sent via newsletter.

Please note timetable may vary so please check with the teacher. 

If you don't see a class specific to your requirements please send an enquiry as some classes are subject to demand.

 I have had regular Pilates sessions under Sara’s expert tuition for five years and I am very happy to recommend her classes.  I had previously tried other pilates classes but after a while they had become a bit samey and boring.  

 

Sara manages to make every class different and interesting by incorporating different equipment and varying the exercises.
