What does a typical class consist of?
Classes generally last for 1 hour with a 10 minute standing/stretching warm up to focus the mind on the body and stretches at the end. They will always incorporate modifications to suit individuals' needs with the women's body in mind.
Classes run in West Surrey (Haslemere, Elstead, Hindhead).
The classes follow term dates. If you are unsure contact Sara to find out when classes are running.
Personal Training 1:1 classes start at £45 (£225 if pay for 6 week block)
Small Studio classes are £15 per class upwards depending on session type.
General hall classes cost £8.50 per class (if pay for block in advance) or £10 pay-as-you-go.
Types of Classes:
For those who are novices, have had at least a year's break or have been doing Pilates for 3 months or less.
For those who have already done Pilates for at least 3 months regularly.
For those who have done Pilates for at least a year regularly.
Fitness for over 65's
Chair based exercises.
Pre & Postnatal Classes
Suitable sessions for pregnancy and postnatal recovery.
Fixing Diastasis Recti
Helping to fix the tummy separation with the appropriate exercises.
