Sara offerings training for General Fitness, Rehabilitation, Pregnancy, Post-natal, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Osteoporosis, Later in Life Fitness and Backcare.
These sessions are for Men and Women, couples or a shared session with friends. Sara will provide an attentive and fun exercise session leaving you feeling energised and relaxed. If you are recovering from an operation or have a particular requirement then these sessions are the best way to get back into fitness.
Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly or just a one-off before joining a class.

I trained with Sara on a 1-2-1 basis for 2 years to complement my other fitness activities like running, skiing, cycling etc. I can happily say that due to the Pilates session's with Sara I have not suffered from any major injuries, aches and pains and it has been instrumental in keeping me fit, healthy and moving since I spend most of my day at a computer!
I have become so fanatical about the benefits of Pilates and was so inspired by Sara's teaching that I have just completed the training and certification qualification to become an instructor myself. I can't recommend Pilates and Sara's excellent instruction enough for anyone wanting to complement their fitness regime to ensure injury prevention and efficient work-outs; or for rehabilitation to get you moving again after an injury.
