Sara Rounce at The Wellwoman Fitness Foundation offers Pilates based exercise in Haslemere, Hindhead, Elstead and Farnham in Surrey.

  • Personal Training

    1:1 Sessions

     

    Offering 1:1 personal training Pilates-based sessions tailored specifically to your needs at The Studio in Beacon Hill, Hindhead. 

    We welcome Men and Women, couples or a shared session with friends.

    Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly or just a one-off before joining a class.

    Studio Classes

    Max 4 pupils

    These small classes take place at The Studio in Beacon Hill, Hindhead. 

    The studio is a quiet calming space where I teach Matwork and Equipment. 

     

    General Classes

    Max 14 pupils
    Classes for all abilities held weekly in Haslemere, Hindhead and Elstead.

    Classes use small equipment and matwork exercises.

    Home Workouts

     

    TWFF has a great online community.

    We offer:

    Sara Rounce offers a number of specialised Pilates workshops and events throughout the year. 

    We are excited to be offering Magic Green Ball  Workshops (for Fascia Release) as well as our Pilates for Running workshops and our wonderful Spring Bliss Day retreat for Women at Cowdray Hall Therapy rooms.

About Sara Rounce, Founder of The Wellwoman Fitness Foundation

Sara Rounce is an experienced Pilates and movement teacher in Hindhead, Surrey and has taught people of all levels and abilities for over 15 years. She is also a member of (and previously co-chair) The UK Guild of Pre & Postnatal Exercise Instructors. 

Sara is a qualified specialist in Women's health and is Founder of The Wellwoman Fitness Foundation (TWFF) and stays fully up-to-date with her training.

Sara recognises the importance of applying different exercises to the different stages of a woman's life and offers exercises & movement according to specific needs.
