About Sara Rounce, Founder of The Wellwoman Fitness Foundation
Sara Rounce is an experienced Pilates and movement teacher in Hindhead, Surrey and has taught people of all levels and abilities for over 15 years. She is also a member of (and previously co-chair) The UK Guild of Pre & Postnatal Exercise Instructors.
Sara is a qualified specialist in Women's health and is Founder of The Wellwoman Fitness Foundation (TWFF) and stays fully up-to-date with her training.
Sara recognises the importance of applying different exercises to the different stages of a woman's life and offers exercises & movement according to specific needs.
Sara is a wonderful Pilates instructor, professional yet friendly. She accepts all the difficulties people present with calm confidence, altering exercises for individuals as appropriate.
She knows what to do if you have in injury or pain, no one is left to struggle. Her classes are well structured and varied and I look forward to my weekly class knowing I will feel refreshed and energised and ready to face the day.
